We take the hassle out of vehicle registration
Whether you’ve moved interstate, received a renewal notice or have questions about your registration status, we’re here to help. Vehicle registration in Australia also includes Compulsory Third Party insurance, known as CTP, which provides cover for personal injury liability in the event of a motor vehicle accident. We help ensure your registration and CTP obligations are managed accurately and on time, reducing compliance risk and keeping your vehicles legally on the road.

We simplify registration management so you can focus on running your fleet:
Automatic renewals We generally renew your vehicle’s registration approximately four weeks before expiry.
Home address renewals If your vehicle is registered to your home address, we’ll request a copy of your renewal notice to complete the process.
Inspection reminders If an inspection is required, we’ll notify you and follow up until it is completed. Once finalised, we arrange payment directly.
End-of-lease vehicles If your lease is nearing completion, we’ll only renew registration where you intend to retain the vehicle.

You must not drive an unregistered vehicle. If this occurs, contact your Account Manager immediately. We’ll prioritise re-registration to minimise disruption and get you back on the road promptly.
Yes. We can align registration expiry dates across your fleet to streamline administration.
At renewal time, we’ll provide your current schedule for review, make requested adjustments with the relevant authorities and confirm finalised dates with you.
In most cases, registration labels are no longer required for standard vehicles.
Heavy vehicles may still require them. Where applicable, we’ll forward labels as soon as they are issued by the authority.
For receipts
If the vehicle is registered in our name, we retain copies on your behalf.
If registered in your name, we forward documentation directly to you.
If you’re relocating and need to transfer registration, notify us as early as possible. We’ll issue a transfer pack with the required documentation.
Once the vehicle is registered in the new state, provide the updated paperwork so we can update our records and Fleet Office.
For any registration queries, contact your Account Manager. They’ll coordinate with our registrations team to resolve your request quickly and accurately.
