Our commitment to a better future is reflected in our volunteer program, Custom Cares.

Through this initiative, we support organisations working with:

• People living with disability

• Women and children

• Environmental initiatives

Current community partners include The Salvation Army, Brotherhood of St Laurence, The Cancer Council, Killara Foundation, First Nations organisations and the Middlemore Foundation.

We continue to identify opportunities to contribute meaningfully and create measurable community impact.

Electrifying our internal fleet

We’re leading by example. 100% of our internal fleet in Australia and New Zealand is electric.

This reduces our Scope 1 emissions and allows us to share real-world EV insight with customers transitioning their own fleets.

Science Based Targets

We’re part of Element Fleet Management’s validated Science-based Targets initiative (SBTi) committing to:

• Reducing our absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 63.70% by 2034 from a 2019 base year.

• Reduce Scope 3 emissions from leased assets and sold products by 66.4% per USD value added by 2034.

Reforest partnership

In 2025, we launched our partnership with Reforest, a social enterprise that helps businesses take nature-positive action through tree planting programs.

Why trees?

While emissions reduction remains our priority, restoring ecosystems also plays a role in regeneration. Tree planting supports carbon capture, biodiversity and habitat restoration.

Our partnership isn’t just about planting trees—it’s about helping regenerate ecosystems and build a healthier environment.

Through Reforest, we invest in high-quality, local projects and track progress transparently in real time.
