We take the hassle out of keeping your vehicle registered
Keeping your fleet registered on time is critical, but we know renewal dates can sneak up fast. Our dedicated team takes care of the entire registration process for you—so your vehicles stay compliant, your drivers stay on the road, and you have one less thing to worry about.
You can check your vehicle’s registration expiry date by logging into Fleet Office, or visiting your state authority’s website:

We keep the registration process simple and stress-free:
Automatic renewals – We’ll usually renew your vehicle’s registration about four weeks before it expires.
Home address renewals – If your vehicle is registered to your home, we’ll contact you for a copy of the renewal notice.
Inspection reminders – If an inspection is required, we’ll send you reminders and follow up until it’s complete. Once the inspection is done, we’ll handle the payment.
End-of-lease vehicles – If your lease is ending soon, we’ll only renew the registration if you plan to keep the vehicle.

You should never drive an unregistered vehicle. If this happens, contact your Account Manager straight away. We’ll prioritise re-registering your vehicle and get you back on the road quickly.
Yes. We can align your vehicles, so they share common expiry dates. At renewal time, we’ll provide your current schedule for review, make any requested changes with the authorities, and confirm the final dates with you.
In most cases, no. Registration labels are no longer required for standard vehicles. However, heavy vehicles still need them—we’ll send these to you as soon as we receive them from the relevant authority.
For receipts:
If the vehicle is registered under our name, we’ll store them for you.
If it’s under your name, we’ll forward them directly to you.
Let us know as soon as you can if you’re relocating and need to transfer your registration. We’ll send you a transfer pack with everything you need.
Once you’ve registered the vehicle in your new state, just send us the updated paperwork so we can update your records in our system and in Fleet Office.
If you have any questions about registration, just reach out to your Account Manager. They’ll coordinate with our registrations team to get you the answers you need.
