Step 2: Use our End of Lease portal  Our portal makes the process quick and easy. You can: 

• View your inspection report and high-resolution photos 

• See a clear breakdown of charges, including fair wear and tear 

• Approve charges online — no more back-and-forth emails 

• Chat with us directly to ask questions or arrange collection 

• Download your reports at any time 

Where to return your vehicle 

• Getting a new fleet vehicle? Simply pick it up at the dealership and leave your old one there — we’ll handle the rest. 

• Not replacing your vehicle with us? Return it to an authorised regional drop-off point. [Find your nearest location.] 

Need help with transport? Your account manager can arrange this for a fee. (Please note: if the vehicle is returned to the wrong location, transport charges may apply.) 

If your lease is ending, you (or someone you nominate) may be able to purchase your vehicle.  

Buying a car you already know is a smart option — you’re familiar with how it’s been driven and maintained, and our competitive pricing often means big savings compared to buying elsewhere. 

How to get started:  You can request a quote up to eight weeks before your lease ends (or any time after). Just provide: 

• The registration number 

• Make and model 

• Current odometer reading 

Good to know: 

• Vehicles can only be purchased if the lease isn't being extended or changed. 

• Cars are sold “as is, where is,” but statutory warranties apply as per your state’s laws. 

• Buyers are responsible for government charges like stamp duty and transfer fees.
