You may be eligible if:
You have an Operating Lease with Full Maintenance
Your vehicle is regularly serviced by Custom Fleet
Your vehicle isn’t more than 20,000 km over the contract limit or inactive for over 6 months
The issue is a genuine mechanical breakdown (not driver error)
You’re okay with an intermediate vehicle (e.g. Toyota Corolla)
You accept that costs like one-way travel, fuel, damage, tolls, and delivery are additional
Note:
Relief vehicles are subject to availability and pick-up only
We’ll use preferred suppliers whenever we can
Do you need an extra vehicle for peak periods? We can help with short-term hire vehicles for surge or seasonal demand. This is separate from our Relief Vehicle program and not meant for general travel. Availability is limited, so get in touch if you’re unsure about your options.
