Step 2: Use our End of Lease portal  Our End of Lease portal makes the process fast and easy. You can:

• View your inspection report and high-resolution photos

• See a clear breakdown of charges, including fair wear and tear

• Approve charges online without lengthy email exchanges

• Chat with us directly to ask questions or arrange collection

• Download reports whenever you need them

Where to return your vehicle 

• Getting a new fleet vehicle? Simply collect it from the dealership and leave your current vehicle there. We’ll coordinate the return from that point.

• Not replacing your vehicle with us? Return it to an authorised regional drop-off location. Scroll down this page for vehicle return locations.

Need help with transport? Your account manager can arrange this for a fee. Please note that if a vehicle is returned to the wrong location, additional transport charges may apply.

If your lease is ending, you or a nominated buyer may be able to purchase your vehicle.

Buying a vehicle you already know can be a practical and cost-effective choice. You’re familiar with its history and condition, and our competitive pricing often compares favourably to the broader market.

How to get started:  You can request a quote up to eight weeks before your lease ends (or any time after). Just provide: 

• The registration number 

• Make and model 

• Current odometer reading 

Important information:

• Vehicles can only be purchased if the lease is not being extended or restructured.

• Vehicles are sold as is, where is, with statutory warranties applying in accordance with state legislation.

• Buyers are responsible for government charges such as stamp duty and transfer fees.

• All documentation and cleared funds must be received before the lease end date.
