All Custom Fleet vehicles should be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s handbook. Vehicles can be taken to authorised franchised dealerships or approved repair centres for scheduled servicing. When booking a vehicle, the service provider should be advised that it is a Custom Fleet vehicle. The service centre will contact the Custom Fleet Service Control Centre for approval before commencing work, ensuring the correct repairs are completed at the appropriate cost. For warranty-related work, vehicles must be taken to a franchised dealership. They'll call our Service Control Centre for authorisation before they begin any work.
