There are more than 6,000 dealerships and repair centres nationwide in our network that your fleet drivers can take their vehicle to.
When booking a vehicle in for maintenance with the service provider, please advise them that it's an Element vehicle.
They'll call our Service Control Centre for authorisation before they begin any work.
Where can I take my vehicle for servicing and repairs?
It is your responsibility to make sure your Element vehicle is serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s handbook. You can take the vehicle to any of our authorised franchised dealerships and repair centres for manufacturer required vehicle service. Please note for all warranty work your vehicle must be taken to a franchised dealership.
Replacing tyres, windscreens and batteries
We’ve negotiated preferential rates with several retailers to help you ensure replacement tyres, windscreens and batteries are of the correct specifications, and that only original parts are used.
Registering fleet vehicles
We can also arrange vehicle registrations on your behalf as part of our fleet management service.
