For non-urgent claims: Lodge your claim via our online claim portal

Check with your Fleet Administrator to see if you’re covered for 24-hour roadside assistance.

What to do at the scene:

• Check everyone is safe and call 000 if required

• Stay calm and do not admit liability

• Exchange details (name, phone, licence, rego, insurer)

• Take clear photos of all vehicles and the scene

• Collect witness details if available

You can submit these details through the online claim portal once you are safe.

You're responsible for making sure your vehicle is serviced according to the manufacturer’s schedule (refer to your handbook).

Book with any authorised dealership or preferred partner:

• MyCar Tyre & Auto

• Bridgestone Tyre & Auto

• Lube Mobile (mobile servicing at your home or office)

Advise the provider it’s a Custom Fleet vehicle — they’ll contact us for approval before starting any work.

Some providers may offer a courtesy vehicle (check when booking).

If you’re on a fully maintained lease:

• You may be eligible for a relief vehicle if your car is off the road for 24+ hours due to mechanical breakdown

• Tyre replacements and puncture repairs may be included

If Custom Fleet are managing your registration, we’ll keep your registration valid for the life of your vehicle's lease.

If you’re managing registration yourself, it’s your responsibility as the driver to make sure vehicle registration is valid.

Note: Driving an unregistered vehicle is illegal and may void your insurance.

At the end of your lease, you may have the option to purchase your vehicle.

It’s a great opportunity to buy a car with a full-service history you already know and trust.
