You're responsible for making sure your vehicle is serviced according to the manufacturer’s schedule (check the handbook in your glovebox).
You can go to any authorised dealership or one of our preferred partners:
Lube Mobile (mobile servicing at your home or office)
Some providers may offer a courtesy vehicle during servicing – check with them when booking.
Be sure to tell the provider it’s a Custom Fleet vehicle – they’ll contact us for approval before starting any work.
If you’re on a fully maintained lease:
You may be eligible for a free relief vehicle if yours is off the road for 24+ hours due to mechanical breakdown (check with your Fleet Administrator)
Tyre replacements, puncture repairs, and general tyre maintenance may also be included
